Most nail salons in Lewisville offer one pedicure. Maybe two. We offer ten. This is the guide to all of them — what is in each one, who it is for, and which one to book first.
A pedicure is not one thing. The pedicure you want before a beach trip is different from the one you want after a long week on your feet. The one that treats calluses is different from the one that calms tired skin. The one for a special occasion is different from the one you book monthly as maintenance. We built our menu around that reality. Ten options, real ingredients, real time differences, and real reasons to choose one over another.
This guide covers every pedicure we offer at Nail Luxury Lewisville, including what is in each one, who it is best suited for, and how to decide which one is right for you today.
All Ten Pedicures at Nail Luxury Lewisville
Here is every pedicure we offer, written out so you can find what fits. For current pricing on each, visit our booking page.
Pedicure with Callus Removal
This is our entry-level pedicure for clients whose feet need real work. The service includes a warm foot soak, thorough callus removal using manual technique only, a scrub, lotion massage, and your choice of polish. It is the right starting point for anyone who has been on their feet all season, who works in shoes all day, or who has let regular maintenance slide. No shortcuts, no razor blades — just careful reduction that actually makes a difference.
Pedicure without Callus Removal
The same framework as above — soak, scrub, massage, polish — without the callus step. This is the maintenance pedicure. If your feet are in good shape and you are coming in regularly, this is the efficient, no-fuss option that keeps things on track between more involved appointments. It is also a good choice for clients who simply do not have callus concerns.
Deluxe Pedicure
A meaningful step up from the entry-level options. The Deluxe Pedicure adds a sugar scrub and a treatment mask to the standard framework, along with an extended massage. The extra time in the massage and mask steps is where you feel the difference. This is a good middle-ground choice for clients who want more than maintenance but are trying the menu for the first time before committing to a signature pedicure.
Collagen Pedicure
Designed for dry skin and clients who want an anti-aging focus in their foot care. The Collagen Pedicure uses a collagen-infused soak and a collagen mask alongside the scrub and extended massage. Collagen treatments help improve skin elasticity and moisture retention, which makes this a particularly good choice for mature skin or for anyone whose feet tend toward dryness and cracking regardless of the season.
Milk and Honey Pedicure
Our gentlest option and the one we most often recommend for clients with sensitive skin. The milk soak softens without irritating, the honey mask is naturally soothing and antimicrobial, and the brown sugar scrub exfoliates gently without the abrasion that can aggravate reactive skin. If you have rosacea, eczema on your lower legs, or have had reactions to stronger products at other salons, start here.
Paraffin Pedicure
The Paraffin Pedicure adds a warm paraffin wax dip to a full pedicure service. The wax seals in moisture at a level that lotion alone cannot match, and the warmth provides real relief for joint stiffness and general soreness. This is the one we recommend in Lewisville's dry winter months — January and February especially — when cold air pulls moisture out of skin and feet tend to crack. It is also popular with clients who have mild arthritis or stiffness in the feet and ankles.
Green Tea Pedicure
An antioxidant-forward pedicure that uses a green tea soak, an antioxidant treatment mask, and a green tea scrub alongside the standard massage and polish steps. The green tea formulation is calming and purifying, which makes this a good fit for clients who want a lighter, refreshing feel rather than a warming or intensive treatment. It sits in the middle tier of the menu in terms of intensity and is a reliable choice year-round.
Volcano Pedicure
This is our signature pedicure and the one we tell every first-time client to book. The Volcano is a 60-minute service built around a thermal mineral soak, a volcano sugar scrub that gently fizzes as it activates against your skin, a nourishing mask, and a hot stone massage that works through the calves, ankles, arches, and pressure points. The fizzing scrub surprises most clients the first time they experience it. The hot stone massage is consistently the part people mention in reviews weeks later.
I had this pedicure done before we put it on our menu. I rebooked my own appointment for the same week. That is how we knew it belonged at the top. If you have never been to Nail Luxury and you are not sure where to start, this is your answer.
Firewalker Pedicure
A warming pedicure designed for cold-weather months and clients with stiff or tired muscles. The Firewalker uses a warming soak, a heat-activated scrub, and deep massage with warming oils throughout. Where the Volcano is our all-season signature, the Firewalker is the one our regulars switch to in January and February when they want deep warmth built into every step of the service. It is also popular with clients who are on their feet for long stretches and carry tension in their calves and arches.
Ice Dancer Pedicure
The cooling counterpart to the Firewalker. The Ice Dancer uses a cooling mint soak, a cooling scrub, a mint mask, and a refreshing massage — everything designed to bring down inflammation, reduce swelling, and leave feet feeling light. This is the pedicure we recommend in Lewisville's summer heat, particularly from June through September. If your feet are swollen from the heat, sore after a workout, or just overheated from sandal season, this is the one to book. The cooling sensation is more pronounced than people expect and it is consistently one of our most-reviewed summer services.
New York SoHo Pedicure
Our most elevated pedicure experience. The New York SoHo is a 65-minute service using premium products throughout and extended steps at every stage — longer soak, more detailed nail and cuticle work, a richer mask, and a full extended massage. This is the special occasion pedicure. Birthday, anniversary, pre-wedding, or the days when you simply want the best version of everything. It is also the one we most often see booked as a gift, because the experience speaks for itself.
What Every Nail Luxury Pedicure Includes
Whichever pedicure you choose, the foundation is the same. Every Nail Luxury pedicure begins with a clean, sanitized station. Your single-use kit is opened in front of you at the start of your appointment. The foot bath uses fresh water and a disposable bowl liner — never reused between clients. Nail and cuticle care follows, with trimming, shaping, and gentle cuticle work using autoclave-sterilized metal implements. Callus treatment is included where applicable, using manual technique only. Every pedicure includes a scrub, a massage, and a mask or hydration step, with the length and intensity of each varying by which pedicure you select. Polish is always the final step, with your choice of regular, gel, or French finish.
Total service time ranges from 35 minutes for the entry-level option to 65 minutes for the New York SoHo. Most clients tell us that even when they thought they only had 35 minutes, they wished they had booked the 60. Plan the time that matches the experience you actually want — not just the time you think you can spare.
Sanitation: Why It Matters More for Pedicures Than Manicures
Pedicure tools that are not properly sterilized between clients are the reason people leave salons with fungal infections, bacterial infections, and irritated skin. The water in a pedicure basin is a perfect environment for microbes if the bowl is not properly lined and disinfected. This is not a scare tactic. It is the most common source of nail salon complaints in DFW, and it is entirely preventable.
Here is what we do at Nail Luxury. Every pedicure uses a single-use kit — files, buffers, and toe separators are opened from sealed packaging in front of you at the start of your appointment, used once, and disposed of. All metal implements including cuticle nippers, pushers, and scissors are sterilized in a hospital-grade autoclave between every client. That is the same standard used in a dentist's office. Each pedicure basin uses a disposable liner, and the bowl itself is cleaned and disinfected between every service. We maintain a visible sanitation logbook, and the records are available if you want to see them.
The most consistent pattern in our pedicure reviews comes from clients who had a bad experience at another salon — an infection, an ingrown toenail, or a general feeling that the tools were not clean — and came to us looking for a different standard. Many describe the moment a technician opened a sealed single-use kit in front of them as the first time they actually felt safe in a pedicure chair. That response is the reason we built the protocol the way we did, and it is the reason we have never changed it.
If you are evaluating any nail salon, ask how they sterilize their tools. If the answer is vague, that is your answer.

How to Pick the Right Pedicure for You
Most clients narrow it down quickly once they know what each pedicure is built for. Here is the short version.
If you have never been to Nail Luxury and want to know where to start, book the Volcano Pedicure. It is our most popular service and the one that best represents what the full Nail Luxury experience feels like.
If callus reduction is your main goal, the Pedicure with Callus Removal or the Deluxe Pedicure are the right options. Both include thorough manual callus work as a core part of the service.
If you have sensitive skin or have had reactions to strong products at other salons, the Milk and Honey Pedicure or the Green Tea Pedicure are formulated to be gentle and non-irritating.
If you are booking in Lewisville's summer heat and your feet are swollen or overheated, the Ice Dancer Pedicure is specifically designed for that. June through September, it is one of our most-booked services.
If you are booking in winter and want deep warmth and relief from tight, dry skin, the Firewalker or Paraffin Pedicure are the right choices. The Paraffin is especially effective for joint stiffness and for skin that cracks in dry air.
If you have a special occasion coming up — a birthday, an anniversary, a wedding, or simply a day where you want the best version of everything — the New York SoHo Pedicure is what that day calls for.
If you are a regular client with no specific concerns and you are coming in for maintenance, the Pedicure without Callus Removal is the efficient option that keeps things on track.
If you want an anti-aging or deep moisture focus, the Collagen Pedicure is built for that.
There is no wrong choice on this menu. Every option is a real pedicure with real ingredients and real results. The difference is whether the experience matches what you actually want today.
Pedicure Questions from Lewisville Clients
How often should I get a pedicure in Lewisville's climate?
For most clients, every four to six weeks year-round. From April through October in North Texas, the heat and humidity are hard on your feet — sandal season, sweat, and friction all add up faster than in cooler climates. During those months, every three to four weeks keeps things in good shape. In the dry winter months, once a month with a Paraffin or Firewalker Pedicure is usually enough to prevent cracking and maintain moisture.
Should I get gel polish or regular polish on my toes?
Gel polish on toes lasts four to six weeks without chipping and sometimes longer, because toes do not take the same daily wear that fingers do. Regular polish on toes lasts one to two weeks. If you are going on vacation, attending a wedding, or want to extend the time between appointments, gel is worth the small upcharge. For regular monthly maintenance, regular polish is a perfectly reasonable choice.
Is callus removal painful?
At Nail Luxury, no. We use manual technique only and our technicians are trained to reduce buildup gradually rather than aggressively. You will feel the file work and some pressure, but it should not hurt. If callus has gone untreated for an extended period, the first session may feel more intensive simply because there is more skin to address. Subsequent sessions are consistently easier and faster.
How long does a pedicure take at Nail Luxury?
Anywhere from 35 minutes for the entry-level Pedicure without Callus Removal to 65 minutes for the New York SoHo. Add ten to fifteen minutes for polish drying if you choose regular polish. Gel polish cures instantly under our LED lamp, so you can put your shoes on and walk out as soon as the service is complete.
Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
We welcome walk-ins, but Saturday afternoons fill quickly and the days before holidays including Mother's Day, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, and graduation weekends often book out a week in advance. For the 60-minute signature pedicures especially, we strongly recommend booking online so we can pair you with the right technician and the right time.
Can I bring a friend or family member for a side-by-side pedicure?
Yes, and we love it. Side-by-side bookings are available through our online system. Choose the same time slot for two services and the system pairs you together. Mother and daughter pedicures, bachelorette parties, birthday bookings, and pre-wedding appointments are all common at Nail Luxury. Groups of three or more can reach us through the contact page to arrange the timing.
What is the difference between the Volcano and Firewalker Pedicures?
Both are 60-minute signature pedicures, but they are built around different sensations and seasons. The Volcano is the all-season classic — a thermal mineral soak, fizzing sugar scrub, and hot stone massage that works for any time of year. The Firewalker leans into warmth throughout every step, with a heat-activated scrub and warming oils woven into the massage. The Volcano is our most-booked pedicure overall. The Firewalker is the one our regulars switch to in January and February when they want heat built into the entire experience rather than just the massage step.
Is Nail Luxury more expensive than other Lewisville nail salons?
We are priced in the mid to upper range for Lewisville, comparable to other luxury nail salons in the DFW area. We are not the cheapest option in town and we are not trying to be. The pricing covers single-use kits, hospital-grade autoclave sterilization, certified technicians, real treatment-grade products, and services that deliver what they promise. Most clients tell us the experience is worth more than they expected to pay for it.
